It’s officially fall in the Mile High City and that means pumpkin season has arrived! Check out my list of the best pumpkin patches in the Metro Area!
Rock Creek Farm – Broomfield
Rock Creek is known for it’s massive pumpkin patch, corm maze and hay bales. This is a perfect spot to bring larger groups – playdate anyone??
Anderson Farms – Erie
My personal fave due to the amount of activities. You ride a tractor to pick your favorite pumpkins and then come back for petting zoos, mini corn mazes and picnic spots. Kids love the mini car rides and tire mountain!
Sunflower Farm – Longmont
Not as much of a pumpkin patch, but has fabulous fall foliage, dozens of farm animals to feed, a sand silo, horse rides and vintage airplanes to climb on. Kids will roam this farm for hours and they LOVE the treehouse too!
Denver Botanic Gardens – Chatfield
There’s a special fall pumpkin festival happening October 11-13. Grab a pumpkin and enjoy a seven-acre corn maze to get lost in (and a mini maze for little kids), a giant bounce pillow, caramel apples, food trucks, pony rides and the whole farm to explore.
Miller Farms – Platteville
Grab some fall veggies to cook while you’re enjoying the corn maze, farm animals and Croc pit – a pit made from old Crocs (ONLY in Colorado!!). Totally worth the drive!
Enjoy!!
Never miss a thing!
